FREQUENT QUESTIONS
What's The Catch ?!
Our $100 services may seem,
"Too good to be true"
and that's on purpose!
At Cost Handyman is the Costco Chicken of trades.
always ready to go,
always high quality
and always priced right!
I started this business to fill a desperate need of a reliable cost effective handyman in The Coachella Valley, I hope I can be as popular as that chicken.
Warranty ?
At Cost Handyman stands by all the work that we do!
We ensure all of our services are preformed to the highest of standards and done right the first time, no one wants to have to have it done twice. However, we are human, and if you happen to find something that's not quite right, we will do what we can to correct it.
* some exceptions may apply
Experience ?
I have been working in the trades for over 20 years.
Trained under my grand-fathers (one an electrician the other a plumber) I learned my skills from an early age.
I built up a successful
contracting business and have
remodeled countless homes,
including a few of my own.
I can't do everything...
but what I can do,
I do it with pride and love every minute of it!
License ?
At Cost Handyman will refuse any work that falls outside of the guidelines set out by BPC. This includes, and not limited to, Replacing, Removing, or Altering any Structural Components of the Property. Changing any Non-Cosmetic Plumbing or Electrical, Changing or Servicing and HVAC components, and any work that would normally require a permit or having to hire a second person.
Why the Extra ?
At Cost Handyman prides itself on being an affordable solution to the needs of the Coachella Valley. To stay
"At Cost" we rely on the cooperation of our clients to supply the materials we need to complete their service. Not having to source and shop for these items ultimately saves time and money. When an item does need to be purchased on behalf of the client, our small mark up helps to offset the costs of us doing so.
Limits ?
At Cost Handyman will refuse any work that falls outside of the guidelines set out by BPC. That being said, any job that totals more than $1000.00 for labour and materials will be refused. Clients may be asked to sign an affidavit stating that materials provided do not exceed this amount when combined with At Cost Handyman's total labour rate. California State tax may also be collected when required to bt by law.
