This page helps to clarify anything that may not be clear enough throughout our website. Every asterisk on our page is routed  right back here to clear up any further questions you may have. All services, items, and prices listed are subject to change without notice and at the discretion of  At Cost Handyman. 

$100.00 Service

$100 Dollar services are priced to reflect the time it would typically take to preform said service. The service is allotted 1 hour of time. If they service goes beyond 1.5 hours of time, additional costs may be added to the final invoice. Some materials may be included in the service at no extra cost and is at the discretion of At Cost Handyman. Clients are expected to provided all necessary items to complete the service requested, including but not limited to replacement items and/or parts for said items. Additional items, products or materials needed to complete the service, that are not supplied by the client, will be supplied by At Cost Handyman at the price purchased + 20%. $100 dollar services are not limited to what is listed and is subject to change without notice. Final costs may vary based on materials, scope of work, location, among other factors, any additional charges will be discussed prior to completion of work. All work an associated costs will be signed off on by the client prior to work commencing. Payment due in full at completion of service.  

Our Guarantee

Calls are considered to be voice, text, or voicemail. 
One hour is 60 minutes from the date stamp of the received call.

Calls must be made within standard business hours.
Calls outside of standard business hours, will, at latest, be returned before 9:00 a.m. the following day. 
Returning a call may be done via voice, text or voicemail and will be done within 1 hour of receipt of call.   Free Service is based on availability and does not include any services above $100.  Any items needed for service are the responsibility of the client, additional items will be charged appropriately. 

Bookings

Bookings are on a first come first serve basis. Future dates will be considered tentative, and be confirmed the day of booking by 9 a.m. Failure to confirm booking will result in losing the time slot, and a new booking will be will be scheduled, according to the current schedule. We kindly ask cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the tentative  booking time. Absentee Clients with confirmed times are subject to a $50.00 fee, unless communicated in writing. At Cost Handyman allows a 10 minute window from the start time of the booking. 

Our Warranty

At Cost Handyman's labour is always 100% warranted. We will come back and fix any defects of workmanship quality or error at no cost within the first 6 months after installation, 

​At Cost Handyman  is not responsible for any defects or malfunctions in items or materials provided by the client or third parties. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all items and materials are in proper working condition before installation. Should any issues arise from manufacturer defects or other faults inherent in the provided items, At Cost Handyman shall not be liable for replacement or repair costs.
At Cost Handyman reserves the right to refuse warrantee coverage should we deem the issues did not arise from faulty installation / workmanship or be resulting from services rendered.

At Cost Handyman's claim to be the MOST reliable handyman service in the Coachella Valley is purely speculative based on personal experience. We strive to serve our clients to our full abilities, and be readily available to preform the tasks needed in a timely and efficient manner. We welcome you to put our services to the test and see for yourself. 

Beyond 100

All labor, materials, budgeted expense and sourcings are included.
NOT INCLUDED are costs to remediate unknown hazards (rodents/mold/pests/unrelated leaks & deficiencies). These issues will be addressed with the client, and a separate quote will be provided, any additonal charges resulting from this will be the responsibility of the client.
All necessary items to complete the project will be decided ahead of time and included in the quote. Any changes to these items may result in additional charges which will be the responsibility of the client.
Finishings are to be purchased by the client directly. Finishings purchased by At Cost Handyman are subject to 20% surcharge. Client agrees to reimburse the total cost in full before installation. Any fees associated with the return of any item is the responsibility of the client.
